One downside was the toilet paper holders in our room—they didn’t close properly. Housekeeping did leave a paper under our door about cleaning, which took us by surprise. It felt odd to have to request cleaning on our second day when other hotels usually handle that automatically. Overall, a decent place, but some fine-tuning is needed in the housekeeping process to avoid inconveniences like that.
